The seating is totally rubbish. There is NO leg room and seats are very narrow in the economy class. Even the much makigned Air India has better sitting. I know the rich have to make another million but surely couple of less rows would give everyone a comfortable flight. The food was not up to standard & in case of us, only one of us got the actual food we ordered when we booked the flight. Overall, poor.
