The seating is totally rubbish. There is NO leg room and seats are very narrow in the economy class. Even the much makigned Air India has better sitting. I know the rich have to make another million but surely couple of less rows would give everyone a comfortable flight. The food was not up to standard & in case of us, only one of us got the actual food we ordered when we booked the flight. Overall, poor.

Horrible. Broken upper class seat didn’t move whatsoever was was stuck entirely upright. Zero recline for a 10 hour flight. To make matters worse my baggage arrived damaged.

Seats on plane spacious but hard, temperature cold. Attendants were wonderful. Check in counters were understaffed at first and after additional people showed lines sped up considerably.
