Turkish airlines were good but was mislead and told that when I purchased my 2 tickets threw kayak. That each passenger had 1-personal item included 1-carry on included 1- check baggage included That was for each passenger when I got to the airport to depart and went to check my bag. They said I had to pay $165 that checked baggage was not included. I think it’s misleading. It said that it was included and I feel as though misleading to sell the ticket did contact Turkish airlines they said they can’t do anything to contact the person/travel agency I went through which was kayak/airfare assist at this time trying to find out who’s responsible for the misleading information and expect a refund

It’s a good airline. Seats were uncomfortable and although there are 2 choices on the food menu they only had the pasta left by the time they got to me. The same happened on the outgoing flight
