It was a mistake flying with them.

Check-in was a shambles. Took almost 45 mins and there wasn’t a huge line. Belt behind the counter was faulty so had to take the bags to a different desk and check them in there afterwards and had to queue again. Flight was okay, entertainment was non-existent and food was pretty poor. Flight was fairly comfortable and crew were okay.

The flights were delayed.only offered a discount voucher for the 10hr spent in KL. Sat 2hr at LHR in plane waiting for take off. Dreadful
