On business you go with all the passengers and everyone try to enter to the plane on the same time like herrings in the can… No meal was provided, bc they didn’t see the special meal request, made 2 weeks before (for the next flight they see, both was requested on the same time) Crew he was amazing very helpful and kind to offer they own food and apologized for the inconvenience It was kind but I ended up again without food

One of the worst experiences with Iberia. Delayed. Crammed. Unbearably hot and 90 minutes!!! wait for luggage. I am an Iberia Platinum member for 20 years and this was simply unacceptable. 90 minutes after a 2 h flight almost doubles the travel time.

The time change at the last minute, made us go through bad days because when I arrived in Paris my suitcase did not arrive and I had a big scare because there were my painting materials to paint in the Louvre Museum... thank God and your support, my suitcase arrived the next day and I am already painting at the Louvre Museum.
