Inside of the plane was very warm when boarding and didn't cool down for a while.

While I understand there was a delay due to weather, the flight attendants did not offer water to passengers unless we asked for it. We were waiting in the plane for 4 hours waiting for the pilot to get the "Ok" to take off and not once did any of the staff ask any passengers if they needed anything (water, blanket, etc). I was disappointed as I had used Asiana before and the flight attendants were super nice in the past.
