Staff was helpful Very bad seats Reclining was so loose that it would not hold position and if someone from the back would try to hold and get up the whole seat would go back and disturb sleep.the restrooms were disgusting. Entertainment was not updated. No new movies

Overall experience was good, there where some issue like the headphones and blankets were missing and it's too chill. But as I support Air India and like to see growing bigger, Just need to fix some things.

Hospitality and food. Seats need to be improved. Flights were on time and excellent. As mentioned above the cabin seats and layout needs to be upgraded ASAP
