First downgraded from Premium Economy to Economy, no reasoning provided, nor refund. Then charged for excess baggage when it was included in the original ticket.

None of the inflight entertainment worked. Seats were in bad shape. Charging port did not work. Tray was broken so mt food tray kept sliding along with my water....feel sorry for the amazing crew cause they have to deal with all this.
