Very bad! 😤 they had to cancel my flight because they have problems with their aircraft engine! Couldn’t take off! I had to choose another airline! I won’t ever fly again with AirAsia x ! Very disappointed company!

Not much. There was no entertainment period for a long Hall flight that is unacceptable! We pay so much money these days for flights. One of the stewardesses was extremely rude possibly racist because I’m white and she was Asian . There were many many seats empty. I sat in a front seat - she asked me to leave and I did because she said they were paid seats. I then sat where the baby basket section is - they whole row was free. She asked me to leave from there because she said again it was a paid seat . I’m a very tall man and wanted the leg space . Two hours later a little Asian woman sat in the same seat (baby row) for the rest of the 6 hours remaining of the Flght and she wasn’t scolded or asked to move at all. Not sure how you see that but it, she possibly racist ! Not impressed. Also Paying for food and a long hall flight is unacceptable too!
